Duracell Powers Christmas at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger

Thanks to an outstanding donation of batteries from Duracell, patients at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger are decorating their IV poles and tiny trees for Christmas. Volunteer Services, in collaboration with our Child Life Department, collected tiny trees for patient rooms. Volunteers, employees, teens and friends of the hospital all donated decorated trees to add holiday sparkle to our patients’ stay. They will even get to take the trees home when they are discharged. Our Child Life Specialists  provided  battery operated strings of lights to add to the trees and to also make the IV poles of our patients more festive. We are most grateful to Duracell for making our season bright!
